West Babylon and United Soccer are proud to announce they will be holding a Memorial Day Weekend Tournament for 2012.

The tournament is a got soccer tournament and will be held at the Van Bourgidean Park right in West Babylon.

If your planning on staying home Memorial Day Weekend and want to play local, you can do so without paying top dollar to play in a got soccer tournament.

Ages- u8 thru u13  Boys and Girls

Cost--  u8-  $375.00          u9 thru u11- $450.00            u12 thru 13-  $500.00

Dates- May 25,26,27--  some local teams may play a game Friday Night

Field Players

u8---    7v7    incl.  keeper

u9,u10--   8v8   incl. keeper

u11-  9v9  incl. keeper

u12--  11v11  incl.  keeper

Games-  All teams play a minimum of 4 games. 

Duration-- u8-u11 play 2 x25 min halves        u12 plays 2 x 30 minute halves

Awards-  Individual Awards for 1st and 2nd place teams

 Passes--  Fill out got soccer form and passes needed

We try to make the weekend as easy as possible for all parents and coaches.  All games are held at the same park.  There is no traveling from field to field.   We can only accept 10-12 teams per age group, so if you wish to join at a very reasonable price, do so today.  Once we are sold out, we can not except any more teams.

                            Rules

1-Eligibility

- All players must play in proper age group.  Players may play up, but can not play below there age

- Players can only participate on one team throughout the tournament.

-Player passes and roster form must be brought to registration 45 minutes before there first match. All players are required to have medical releases prior to tournament and submitted at registration desk.

Field Behavior

--  Any coach, parent or player that is red carded is to serve 2 game suspension.  Any player red card, that team will lose 1 point they have earned through wins and ties.

Weather Cancellation-

--  If tournament is cancelled due to weather, teams will receive 80 %of refund.  The other 20 % is to cover costs before tournament is held.

Standings and Bonus Points will be updated closer to the tournament.  All tiebreakers will be discussed by tournament committee and will be posted after we agree on best decision as a format.
